Kinesiology (pronounced Kin-kneesy-ology) comes from the Greek word ‘kineses’ which means motion. Simply it is the study of muscles and body movement. This system monitors muscle movement in order to ascertain information that will allow the therapist to reach a course of action to bring about physical mental emotional and spiritual well-being.
