Payment Policy

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or PayPal. If paying through our website an initial deposit of £60.00 will be charged and we will contact you 30 days before the course start date for the final payment. If the deposit of £60 is payed 60 days prior to the course start date you will be elligable for £30.00 EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT. The full course fee is due 30 days prior to the start date.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 10 business days before the start of the seminar you will receive a full refund minus £60 for processing. For cancelling within 5-10 buisness days you will receive a 50% refund minus the £60 for processing. There is no refund for cancellations within 4 business days and for no-shows. I will waive the cancellation fee if you find a replacement for a cancelled space and they pay you directly. Sorry, no refunds after the workshop. If a workshop is cancelled by me you are entitled to a full refund and the processing fee is transfered to the next workshop.
