Balancing Thymus Tap Emotional Stress Release
To be used to balance the body or when you feel "fuzzy-headed".

Tap on the chest in an anti-clockwise direction for about 30 seconds.
This can be used to take the emotional edge off any stressful situation, past, present or that is coming up.

First do the Thymus Tap as illustrated opposite then think about the stress in as much detail as possible while holding the 5 points with finger tips. Do this until the stress is reduced.
